I've finally figured out a way to make a gluten free soy free chicken alternative. (Not that I'm totally against soy or don't eat soy, I just no longer reccommend it for men.) I am defineitley not a fan of genetically modified food either, so if you are using soy, try to look for Non-GMO in order to treat your body better. This versatile veggie meat is actually more holistic, because we are using all natural ingredients from the Earth, so you can see what is going into it. Fry it, bake it, grill it! Whatever your taste buds desire! This is Soul Food meeting it's West Indian cousin to make a delicious meal for you! Ingredients 1 cup of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) or hummus 1 cup oatmeal 3 ripe plantain (yellow plantain is the swwetest, or buy it frozen) 1/2 Tbsp. Garam Masala 2 "Not Chicken" bouillon cubes 1/2 Tbsp. Madras curry powder 1/2 cup liquid smoke 1/2 Tbsp. Jamaicna curry powder 1/4 cup Yahcna's rasta pasta sauce (see my Rasta Pasta Video) 1/2 Tbsp. dry jerk seasoning 1 tsp. thyme 1/2 Tbsp. paprika 1 1/2 Tbsp. vege-sal 1 tsp. cumin 1/4 cup xantham gum 1/2 cup gluten free flour Whew!
